Overview
King’s Day, or Koningsdag in Dutch, is a national holiday in the Netherlands celebrated on April 27th, marking the birthday of King Willem-Alexander. It’s a festive occasion with widespread celebrations, including music, dancing, flea markets, and fun fairs.
We will spend three nights following the Going Dutch: The “Best of Holland” Beercation in Amsterdam. The first night is King’s Night, the pre-party for the biggest street party in the world! We will have a group dinner, then the night is free to get into the “Orange Madness” mood!
The next day, King’s Day, is a free day to enjoy the party. In the afternoon, we will leave the packed street for a private boat on the crowded canals for a King’s Day boat party!
Following King’s Day, our “Orange Madness” Add-On will meet for brunch as we recover from the 2 days of parties and prepare to return home the following day.
