The Big Apple Beercation

Overview

Pub Culture Beercations started in 2018 with our first tour ever – Going Dutch: Exploring Beer of the Netherlands – in Amsterdam, so it is only fitting our first US tour would be in the city once called “New Amsterdam”, with boroughs named after Dutch cities like “Haarlem” and “Breukelen” – that’s right, New York City!

Our Big Apple Beercation will spend 3 nights in Manhattan and 2 nights in Brooklyn, we will explore one of America’s most famous cities and discover The Big Apple’s place in American Beer History!

Learn about some secret history of the city while enjoying some of NYC’s famous foods on our NYC Historic Beer’s & Bites tour, have a evening free to explore the night life, or maybe take in a Broadway show, you will have a free day to visit some of New York’s world-class museums, plus we will be taking the Staten Island Ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island… and that’s just in the first 3-days!

In the 2nd half of our Big Apple Beercation, we will focus on Brooklyn – one of America’s earliest beer towns! – and the many breweries once again calling this former brewing hot spot home!
